Fermented from rich Queensland blackstrap molasses and distilled on our distinctive double retort pot still, ‘Rocky,’ this rum captures bold flavour and character from the very beginning. Aged for three years in Ex Bourbon barrels and then elegantly finished in Ex Muscat casks, it develops a beautifully balanced, full-bodied profile with layers of caramel, dried fruit, and warm spice — smooth, complex, and simply delicious. Drink neat or over ice.

AGED FOR THREE YEARS IN EX BOURBON BARRELS, FINISHED IN EX MUSCAT CASKS
BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES
Authentic, full-flavoured Queensland blackstrap molasses forms the backbone of this rum. Slow fermentation builds natural depth, bringing forward warm caramel notes and a rich, lingering finish.
DOUBLE RETORT POT STILL
Distilled on our custom double retort pot still, Rocky. This traditional method draws out bold character and texture, giving the rum its unmistakable weight, warmth, and complexity.
EX BOURBON BARREL AGING
Matured for three years in seasoned Ex Bourbon barrels, where the rum develops layers of toasted oak, vanilla, and gentle spice. Time in wood softens the spirit, smoothing and rounding every edge.
EX MUSCAT CASK FINISH
Finished in Ex Muscat casks to introduce subtle fruit sweetness and elevated aromatics. Expect hints of dried fruit, honeyed depth, and a refined, balanced finish that lingers beautifully.
