SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We use Aramex (Fastway) for all orders. Unless you are in a remote area that Aramex does not service, in this case, we use Australia Post.

SHIPPING RATE

There is a flat rate of $12 per order (1 bottle or multiple). If you spend over $200 you are eligible for free shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES

Australian orders are delivered between 1-4 business days (metropolitan and city areas). Remote areas may take anywhere from 4 – 10 days approx. Delivery delays may occur during high volume peak periods.

Returns

We do not refund or exchange bottle sales due to change of mind. However in the unforeseen circumstance that your product arrives broken or damaged – please get in touch with us and we will have this sorted immediately for you as this is the last thing we would want!
