Distilled on 15 February 2023 and matured for over three years in a single American Oak barrel, this Pure Single Rum has been distilled, matured and bottled entirely at our Burleigh Heads distillery on our traditional double retort copper pot still.
Released as a special Father’s Day limited edition, this bottling celebrates craftsmanship, patience and the shared moments that make great spirits worth opening and enjoying together.
Bottled at 48% ABV, this release showcases the character that only time, quality ingredients and careful distillation can achieve. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with rich American oak influence, layers of vanilla and toasted timber, and a distinctive pencil-shaving character that adds depth and complexity. The finish is long and elegant, allowing the barrel to shine without overpowering the spirit.
