Our Pudding & Spice Rum brings together properly made Australian rum and the familiar flavours of Christmas. Made from locally sourced molasses and matured in ex-bourbon barrels in Queensland’s tropical climate, it’s infused with real raisins, cherries, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.
Rich, warming and full of festive character, it’s Christmas pudding in a glass. The fruit and spices complement the aged rum, with no artificial additives, flavours or colours.
Tasting Notes
Rich cherries, raisins and warming cinnamon on the nose, followed by generous fruit flavours, aromatic spice and gentle oak on the palate.
The finish is warming and lingering, with cinnamon and dried fruit carrying through.
How to Enjoy
Enjoy neat, over ice or with ginger beer or in a Christmas cocktail. For a festive treat, pour a splash over vanilla ice cream or serve alongside Christmas pudding. Also delicious in Rum balls.
