Reserve Barrel Rum – 700ml – 40%
Distilled from Queensland blackstrap molasses on the pot still ‘Rocky,’ aged in ex-bourbon and ex-muscat casks. Smooth and full-bodied, with notes of caramel, dried fruit, and spice. Perfect neat or on ice.
Tropic of Rum – 700ml – 43.2%
Capricorn Tropic of Rum, honouring Rockhampton, is pot-distilled from QLD molasses and aged in American oak barrels and a Foudre. Deep and complex, with caramel, molasses, tropical fruit, vanilla, and oak notes, finishing smooth, lingering, and subtly smoky.
Pure Single Rum #5 – 700ml – 45% ABV – 122 bottles only
A limited release pure single rum, crafted in small batches and bottled at 45% ABV. Just 122 bottles produced, a rare expression for collectors and true rum connoisseurs.
