Capricorn Rum Liqueur is a genuine and authentic spirit, made with locally sourced molasses, fermented for a considerable amount of time, and matured in the tropical conditions of Queensland with the use of ex-bourbon barrels. The only sweetness comes from the addition of a subtle touch of salted caramel and vanilla, with no artificial flavours added. Ideal for sipping neat over ice or as a topping for your favourite ice cream.
