The Capricorn Summer Gin is made with a blend of 19 botanicals, including fresh native Australian finger lime, ruby grapefruit, and lemon myrtle, resulting in a vibrant and refreshing taste.

The Capricorn Spiced Rum is made with locally sourced molasses and aged in Queensland's tropical climate using ex-shiraz, ex-bourbon, and new American Oak barrels. The rum is flavoured with whole macerated spices for a complex and rich taste.

Both of our stable spirits are free of sugar and artificial flavours, making them perfect for sipping on their own or in a cocktail.
