Capricorn Coffee Rum is a genuine, locally crafted Queensland rum made from locally sourced molasses, fermented slowly and matured in ex-bourbon barrels under Queensland's tropical climate.
Infused with locally roasted coffee beans, this 40% ABV rum delivers rich espresso aromas with subtle notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and oak. Inspired by the character of a rich espresso shot. With minimal sweetness, it allows the aged rum's depth and complexity to shine through.
This is coffee rum done properly: honest, balanced, and full of real flavour from real ingredients.
