What’s included
Reserve Barrel Rum – 700ml – 40%
Distilled from Queensland blackstrap molasses on the pot still ‘Rocky,’ aged in ex-bourbon and ex-muscat casks. Smooth and full-bodied, with notes of caramel, dried fruit, and spice. Perfect neat or on ice.
Spiced Rum – 700ml – 38%
Made from local molasses, naturally fermented, and aged in ex-shiraz, ex-bourbon, and new oak barrels. No added sugar or artificial colours. Macerated spices create a complex finish, perfect neat, on ice, or with a mixer.
Pineapple Rum – 700ml – 40%
A locally made Queensland rum aged in ex-bourbon barrels and crafted from fresh pineapple with no added sugar or artificial flavours. Fruity and tropical, perfect neat, on ice, or in cocktails.
