Capricorn Summer Gin is a small-batch Queensland gin with 19 botanicals, including finger lime, ruby grapefruit, and lemon myrtle, with no added sugar. Bright and refreshing, it’s perfect with tonic, soda, or in cocktails.
Old Tom Gin – 700ml – 42%
Capricorn Old Tom Gin is a small-batch Queensland gin with 16 botanicals, highlighting the natural sweetness of orange, frankincense, and myrrh, with no added sugar. Smooth and versatile, it’s perfect with soda, elderflower tonic, or in cocktails.
Oak Aged Gin – 700ml – 42%
Capricorn Oak Aged Gin is a small-batch Queensland gin with 19 botanicals, aged in ex-shiraz American oak for a warm, woody finish with citrus notes and no added sugar. Ideal for sipping on ice or with tonic or soda, it’s a distinctive, flavourful gin.
