Capricorn Spiced rum is as real as it gets – locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland’s tropical climate using ex shiraz, ex bourbon and new American Oak barrels. We don’t add any sugar or artificial colours – only whole macerated spices to give a complex finish that is perfect to sip neat, on ice or with your favourite mixer.

Authentic taste of locally sourced molasses, made from premium quality sugarcane, our molasses is carefully selected and distilled to bring out its unique, rich flavor.
CINNAMON & STAR ANISE
Cinnamon and star anise are aromatic spices commonly used in both sweet and savory dishes, imparting warm, sweet, and slightly bitter flavors, with cinnamon having a sweet, woody taste and star anise having a licorice-like flavor.
VANILLA BEANS
Vanila beans enhance the sweet, smooth flavor of the cold brew coffee and the warm, slightly sweet notes of the rum, creating a well-balanced and delicious drink.
MUSCAT RAISINS
Muscat raisins, also known as sultanas, are sweet and juicy raisins made from the Muscat grape variety.
