What’s included
Pineapple Rum – 700ml – 40%
Capricorn Pineapple Rum is a locally made Queensland rum, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and crafted from fresh pineapple with no added sugar or artificial flavours. Fruity and tropical, perfect neat, on ice, or in cocktails.
Spiced Rum – 700ml – 38%
Capricorn Spiced Rum is made from local molasses, naturally fermented, and aged in ex-shiraz, ex-bourbon, and new oak barrels. With no added sugar or artificial colours, its macerated spices create a complex finish, perfect neat, on ice, or with a mixer.
Reserve Barrel Rum – 700ml – 40%
Distilled from Queensland blackstrap molasses on the pot still ‘Rocky,’ this rum is aged in ex-bourbon and ex-muscat casks. Smooth and full-bodied, with notes of caramel, dried fruit, and spice, perfect neat or on ice.
Summer Gin – 700ml – 42% ABV
Capricorn Summer Gin is a small-batch Queensland gin with 19 botanicals, including finger lime, ruby grapefruit, and lemon myrtle, with no added sugar. Bright and refreshing, perfect with tonic, soda, or in cocktails.
