Capricorn Oak Aged Gin is as real as it gets – hand–crafted in Queensland using our small–batch copper still. We don’t add any sugar or artificial flavours – Only a blend of 19 botanicals that we age in ex-shiraz American oak barrels, resulting in a warm, woody finish with slight notes of citrus. Perfect to sip on ice, or with a dash of tonic or soda.

Capricorn Old Tom Gin is as real as it gets – hand–crafted in Queensland using our small–batch copper still. We don’t add any sugar or artificial flavours – Only a unique  blend of 16old-world botanicals that celebrate the natural sweetness of orange, frankincense and myrrh. Perfect to drink with soda, elderflower tonic or in a cocktail. 

Capricorn Summer Gin is as real as it gets – hand–crafted in Queensland using our small–batch copper still. We don’t add any sugar or artificial flavours – Only a blend of 19 botanicals with fresh native Australian finger lime, ruby grapefruit and lemon myrtle.  A vibrant and refreshing gin – perfect to drink with tonic, soda or in a cocktail.
