Capricorn Gin & Rum duo

Capricorn Summer Gin is as real as it gets – hand–crafted in Queensland using our small–batch copper still. We don’t add any sugar or artificial flavours – Only a blend of 19 botanicals with fresh native Australian finger lime, ruby grapefruit and lemon myrtle.  A vibrant and refreshing gin – perfect to drink with tonic, soda or in a cocktail. 

Capricorn Spiced Rum is as real as it gets – locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland’s tropical climate using ex shiraz, ex bourbon and new American Oak barrels. We don’t add any sugar or artificial colours – only whole macerated spices to give a complex finish that is perfect to sip neat, on ice or with your favourite mixer.
