Capricorn Pineapple Mai Tai 

60ml Capricorn Pineapple Rum 15ml French Garnier Orgeat
15ml Orange Curacao
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 lime juiced
Garnish with lime wheel and sprig of mint or pineapple

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
